  For $5.95 a month we will monitor rent payments, and report credit monthly to Experian. You may report rental payments on the client's business report, or choose to report the individual if they are personally guaranteeing the lease. Both you and your tenant will receive monthly calls, or emails, to verify timely rent payments. If the rent is paid on time, the tenant receives a positive credit rating for the month, and this helps build positive business and/or personal credit histories. If the landlord informs the association that the rent was not paid on time, the tenant receives a call from the association informing them that they owe late fees and the rent is overdue. The tenant will be informed that the rent payment and late fees will be reported as delinquent to the credit bureau if not paid on time. It is a sensible tool for insuring your rent is paid on time while helping the tenant to build a positive business credit history.


$15 Set up fee for each rental payment monitoring account and $5.95 monthly for your first tenant and $3.95 for each additional tenant. (We also offer volume discounts).
